This two-day workshop helps hostage/crisis negotiators and incident commanders recognize and appropriately respond to "cultural" differences that arise in a critical incident. This program introduces participants to the practical "four-quadrant intercultural conflict style model" developed by Dr. Mitchell Hammer and the accompanying Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) Inventory. In addition, participants will learn five key intercultural skills that increase understanding and influence across cultures. Cost: $300 per person.
