| William Hogewood, Senior Associate of S.A.F.E. Hostage Operations, LLC, is a thirty-seven year veteran in law enforcement with over twenty-five years as a member, commander and instructor in crisis/hostage negotiations. He has negotiated over 300 hostage and barricade incidents. As one of the recognized leaders in the hostage negotiation field, Mr. Hogewood has provided extensive training to federal, state and local law enforcement in critical incident management, suicide prevention, and hostage negotiations. He has also trained international police officers through the Anti Terrorism Assistance Program for the State Department.
